ABOUT ĆOSIĆ
Ćosić is an emerging couture label founded by Berlin-born Ida Ćosić, who is currently balancing fashion
-studies at Berlin’s Weißensee Kunsthochschule after graduating high school in Canada. She independently
-handcrafts every piece with an obsessive dedication that blends fashion with theatrical performance art.
The brand creates elegant yet bizarre couture, fusing nature, historical corsetry, and 1920s liberation. By
combining soft organza and satin with structured faux leather, the label crafts audacious silhouettes that
act as a second skin. Committed to sustainability, Ćosić works primarily with recycled materials, designed
to make the wearer blossom in confidence.
ABOUT STORRVELDI
Founded by Stjorn Revali, Storrveldi is a multidisciplinary fashion label recognized for its fusion of
fashion, movement, and performance. Drawing inspiration from the world of classical ballet and theatrical
storytelling, the brand creates work that exists at the intersection of garment design and live art. An
international label based out of London, England for now. Piloted by Stjorn Revali and frequent artistic
collaborators, Storrveldi has grown from one artist’s experimentation with conceptual narrative designs to
an empire and complex world of fantasy and avant-garde.

An independent, self-financed presentation merging sustainable couture with the
energy of Berlin’s golden eras, live music, and classical ballet.

BERLIN, July 4, 2026 — Emerging designers Ida Ćosić (Ćosić) and Stjorn
Revali (Storrveldi)

will present Requiem for a Dream, an independent Berlin Fashion Week showcase
blending fashion, live music, dance, and performance into an immersive theatrical experience. Marking the official Berlin Fashion Week debut for both designers, the event brings together years of creative collaboration, friendship, and artistic ambition in what promises to be one of the week’s most distinctive
independent presentations.

Conceived as far more than a traditional runway show, Requiem for a Dream invites audiences into a dreamlike world shaped by the imaginative visions of Ćosić and Revali. The evening will feature new collections from both designers alongside a live band, burlesque performances, and special appearances by ballerinas from Iceland’s Ballet Axis, creating a multidisciplinary experience where fashion exists in dialogue with movement, music, and storytelling.

The production functions as a poignant criticism of the contemporary world order, exploring our collective silence and the numbing effects of digital entertainment. It is a dual-layered experience: a reflection of uninhibited childhood dreams and fantastical silhouettes, brought to life through a multidisciplinary fusion of burlesque, ballet, and live vocal performance.
At the heart of the presentation is the story of two young designers whose friendship has become a driving force behind their creative journeys.
At just 20 years old, Ida Ćosić is balancing her studies while building Ćosić Fashion, a label recognized for its romantic, experimental approach to design. Alongside her is 24-year-old Stjorn Revali, a beloved figure within the Canadian fashion scene whose work is known for bridging the worlds of fashion and classical ballet. Though they come from different backgrounds and experiences, both designers have spent years building their careers independently while navigating the realities of student life, work, and entrepreneurship.

Their relationship is often described as that of a big sister and little sister. Four years apart in age, Revali has served as a mentor, collaborator, and constant source of encouragement throughout Ćosić’s development as a designer. Together they have celebrated achievements, overcome challenges, and continuously inspired one another to pursue increasingly ambitious creative projects.
„Requiem for a Dream is about believing in something long before the world sees it,“ said the designers.
„It’s about friendship, perseverance, and creating beauty despite limitations. This show represents years of dreaming, working, and supporting each other. Bringing it to Berlin Fashion Week feels like the realization of something we’ve been building toward for a very long time.“

Sustainability is a defining principle of both brands. The collections presented in Requiem for a Dream have been developed primarily through second-hand sourcing, recycled textiles, and upcycled materials. By transforming existing fabrics into new works, Ćosić and Revali demonstrate how sustainability and artistic expression can coexist without compromise.
The event also reflects a broader shift within contemporary fashion, where independent designers increasingly blur the boundaries between fashion, performance art, and cultural storytelling. Through live music, dance, and theatrical presentation, Requiem for a Dream seeks to create an experience that extends beyond the runway and invites audiences into a fully realized artistic universe.
The immersive atmosphere is driven by an experimental live score from musicians Sultan Hlal and Theo Edinger, who rotate between piano, violin, and accordion to evoke the raw, vintage energy of a classic cabaret. Breaking the fourth wall to draw the audience directly into the presentation, their performance highlights the vitality of Berlin’s contemporary improvisation and composition scene, illustrating how beautifully live music can combine with fashion to create a multi-sensory experience of sound and vision.
This sonic journey features a dramatic finale piece custom-written by Tobias Krüger, before seamlessly transitioning into a speakeasy-style afterparty. Headlined by a live vocal performance from social media star and creative performer Maria Roi, the evening ultimately merges into an avant-garde techno soundscape—a historical nod to Berlin’s cultural evolution from the decadence of the 1920s into the modern capital of electronic music.
As young designers with highly engaged international audiences across social media, Ćosić and Revali have cultivated communities drawn to their authenticity, creative experimentation, and commitment to sustainable practices. Their Berlin Fashion Week debut marks a significant milestone not only for their individual brands but also for a growing generation of independent creatives redefining how fashion is produced, presented, and experienced.
